Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, microwave and a bathroom. Note that there is NO hotplate. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, our chickens roaming the garden and the charm. The accommodation is ideal for professional travel, tourism and visit to the Zoo de la Flèche (15 min).

Family cottage – La Flèche Zoo

This step-free home welcomes your family with 3 bedrooms that will accommodate 9 people and 2 infants. At the back of a quiet courtyard, you benefit from a garden completely enclosed and not overlooked. Bedding is provided. Possibility to be up to 18 people and 4 infants by booking a adjoining cottage. A reception room of 120m² can also be booked. The whole is located in a small village near the Flèche and Le Lude, between Angers, Le Mans and Tours and Saumur.

The Kingfisher

Fully renovated and equipped fisherman's house for up to 4 people, located on the banks of the Loir with exceptional views and direct access to the river. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Peace and change of scenery guaranteed! Fishing equipment on request, boat, barbecue, hammock, etc. Canoe kayak (2 adults/1 child max) optional for a fee.
