A great place to explore the Val de Loire

A detached house in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Val de la Loire. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden.

Lovely cottage from the 19th century with exposed beams and original tiles. Large garden, near the river with a barbecue area and garden furniture. Quiet environment in the countryside, all commodities, supermarkets, boulangeries as well as local towns markets are 5 minutes away. A lovely summer restaurant by the river is within short distance. Various hiking and cycling trails nearby ("La Loire à vélo" goes nearby our house), as well as vineyards and castles to visit. Performing wifi.

Well-equipped for cooking, better than a kitchinette, excellent bed and charm assured! It is part of the outbuildings of the Château de la Giraudière, in a 15-hectare park, a walk in the woods and meadows that go down to the small fish pond. Large swimming pool heated only in the summer (12.5m x 5.5m) and shared but never overloaded !
