Adjacent cycling and hiking trails allow you to make great excursions in nature. Excursion destinations: Hof Zoo, Hof old town, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, museum, Franconian Forest, Fichtel Mountains, Untreusee, various restaurants and much more.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.
