There is a lookout on a 1.5 km loess wall, from which Lake Balaton is beautiful, and we can see as far as Tihany. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.
