Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. I think it deserves a peaceful place to be relatively isolated from its surroundings, silence, lots of light, and airy. Our space, which is completely surrounded by a high wall, provides maximum privacy and security to our guests.

(🎶 We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Having its own private entrance, it is the detached first floor of a two-storey house. Located at a quiet street on the island, away from the daily crowd and tour paths, though just a 10 minutes walk to all amenities and centre, reachable without treading steep slopes. 60 square meter space is plain and bright, consists of two rooms, an open layout living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
