Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Lea's basement - Cozy cottage in the countryside with fireplace

In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, is this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time but even if you just want to stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi and monitor with Chromecast.

Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay. Newly built log cabin with a view of Hovran. Patio with barbecue, access to dock and rowing boat during summer. One bedroom with 4 beds in the form of 2 bunk beds, one bedroom with 2 beds. The living room has a wood-burning stove and on the grounds there is a wood-burning sauna. The accommodation is suitable for those who want to enjoy the peace and nature, parties are not allowed.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from society. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest takes over. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the city of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom spots nearby.
