My flat is suitable for couples, singles, business travelers, and families (up to 4 kids). Grocery stores & restaurants can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! In our neighborhood, surrounded by pristine forests, you can pick mushrooms, blueberries or cranberries. Magical cycling trails will take you directly from the cottage along the traces of the region's history or to Austria.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
