Welcome to our peaceful and beautiful wooded lot with plenty of parking for trailers and space to hike. 25 minute drive to bike trails between Lake leatherwood, Bentonville and Rogers. Master bedroom has a comfortable queen and walking closet. Second room has a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Amenities like internet, smart TV, mini fridge, cooking stove, coffee, utensils, plates, microwave, extra full bed if requested, bike wash station. Basement has a private entrance for guests.

The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. It's a beautifully decorated, peaceful, cozy lake house with a treehouse feel and a short path leading down to the lake. An open floor plan and themed rooms decorated for the season make it special.
