Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Directly by Lake Sommen is our newly renovated little house with bedroom, living room and a little kitchen. Patio under roof, jetty and beach directly outside. Summer water which means hot and cold water from the lake in the kitchen faucet and in the toilet house. New “Toahus” with shower cabin, sink and electrically powered incineration toilet. Fresh water is easily collected from the host. Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning is not included. All guests clean up after themselves, all equipment is provided in the cabin.

Charming cottage near pool!

Charming simple little cottage, follow Instag*am @lille.dalen . The cottage is privately located by the gravel road surrounded by pastures and forest. Here you can easily live close to nature. There is no electricity or running water, which means that you get to light candles, burn in the stove, shower outside in our outdoor shower, cook over an open fire/wood stove, barbecue or on the gasoline kitchen. Charming outdoor toilet is available. A few km away is a municipal swimming pool with changing room and shower.

Välkommen till vår lilla stuga som vi kallar Undantaget! Boendet ligger i vackra småländska byn Älö, 15 min från Vimmerby, ALV. I närheten finns fina badplatser. Undantaget ligger i utkanten av vår tomt, ena sidan åt en liten trädgård med uteplats och andra sidan åt en idyllisk småländsk kohage. Stugan är från sekelskiftet och varsamt renoverad. Gamla fönster, dörrar och golv är bevarade. Vi som hyr ut Undantaget heter Elsa & Andreas, här bor även våra två barn och några linderödsgrisar.

Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Holiday in Småland at Astrid-Lindgrens- bike path

Our summer cottage is located in the middle of Smålands nature near the small community of Locknevi, 27km from Vimmerby. The property is located on a very quiet rural road from where you can take wonderful bike tours and hikes in our picture book landscape. Several lakes are nearby and the Baltic Sea is easy to reach by car. Excursions: e.g. Astrid Lindgren's birthplace, Astrid Lindgren's world, many film locations and Västervik on the archipelago

Attefall house right by the sea.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, 2 beds including pillows and duvets on sleeping loft and possibility of 2 extra airbeds on floors. Bed linen and towels are available for extra additions. Of course there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center.
