Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Secluded cosy cottage with Öland seafront location

Our hidden gem! Birdwatcher's paradise with sea views over the horizon. A dream for nature lovers seeking peace and free views without Wi-Fi or TV. Rural and old-fashioned decorated cottage, on the coast on a private meadow. The house has a simple kitchen, outhouse and water you pump up in the well in the yard (tested and approved water quality). Your only neighbours are the cows grazing around the house and a few sheep. The house has 12v electricity so it is possible to charge digital equipment but not run, for example, a hairdryer or microwave.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

The cottage comprises 25 sqm floor + 10sqm sleeping loft and has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Proximity to exercise tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes.
