IMPORTANT to know before booking: The house is on one upper floor, which is accessed by 8 steps, and the stairs currently have no handrails. The house is not suitable for small children and people with mobility impairments. No pets.

150m2 house for rent, situated 20km from the city center (25minutes by car or train) in a beautiful neighbourhood - between the railway station Vecāķi and the beach (approx.500m to both). 1km to the nearest shop. 2 storey house has a living room with a kitchen area and a WC on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms (WC and shower) and 1 WC on the 1st floor. There is a grill place on a paved terrace outside the living room, and a closed parking space for 3 cars in front of the house.
