I want to build a new house and share a good scenery, so I'm renting with 3 more rooms. It's also very convenient to get to the quiet natural village with the Gyeongpo Beach and the lake, the Chamsori Museum, the Winter Olympic Stadium, and the Baugil. It's also very convenient to get away from everyday life and come to relax in nature. You can enjoy tea or reading in the spacious bunk terrace with nice pine trees and mountain cherry blossom trees in the hinterland.

A comfortable space for newborns or young parents to use. Other than that, there are IKEA, Lotte Outlet, Living Power, Cosco so you can go shopping and I recommend Everland. The landscaping and walking courses in the apartment complex are great. Also, there is Giheung Lake Park nearby, so I highly recommend a park walk. Borasan is close to the apartment, so you can enjoy the hiking as well.
