The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Welcome to "Lille Anker" ⚓️ – a modern, quiet vacation home in Bremen! The house is lovingly decorated in a maritime design, so you can feel the maritime flair of Bremen as soon as you enter. Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Der kleine Bauwagen verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem seperaten Bad inklusive Dusche mit warmen Wasser. Auf der Außenterrasse kann man sein Frühstück genießen und abends am Lagerfeuer entspannen. Die Umgebung ist vor allem bei Fahrradfahrern, Kanuten und Wanderern sehr beliebt.

Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!

From this place, you can quickly get to all the important places. Stroll through the small pedestrian zone, sit down to eat in the historic water mill on the castle island, use the proximity to HB + OL for a city tour or drive to the North Sea for a day! I love this apartment, which is a bit outdated. It is absolutely not perfect and certainly not modern, so don't expect 100%! I myself currently live in Berlin and rarely use it, but then with cats
