My apartment has a beautiful view to the sea, it is large and comfortable, a balcony with a beautiful view, a 120 MB wifi that allows you to work from a distance, a private, glazed, living and dining room, an integrated living and dining room with kitchen, natural lighting in every room, super ventilated, air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fan in the living room. All well maintained. Building with only 10 units. I have a hobby box on the ground floor with beach supplies that fit a bike. And the best: it's 25m from the beach!!!
