Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Das Häuschen für Naturliebhaber liegt an einem besonderen Platz in Alleinlage in den wunderschönen Ötscher Tormäuern. Durch das offene, große Grundstück plätschert sanft ​ein Bächlein, wo für euch Sonnenliegen warten. Das kleine Anwesen "entschleunigt" und tut der Seele gut. Ihr könnt Flussbaden im kristallklaren, erfrischenden Wasser der nur 400m entfernten Erlauf, wandern oder sonstige Abenteuer starten. Ein Lagerfeuer am Abend oder Grillen machen den Tag dann noch perfekt!

In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. This nice and cozy apartment in the Elsasser house has two spacious bedrooms with double beds and one single bed each. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and coffee capsule machine (for conventional coffee capsules). There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and hairdryer. A living room with a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and a dining table group complete a cozy living space.

The 16th-century walls, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, create a unique atmosphere.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
