Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets, fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets, 4 beach chairs.

From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.

My space is a piece of paradise, facing the sea and within the Atlantic Forest. The Pedras Altas naturist area and the Pedras Altas Beach restaurant are 200 meters away. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.

The house has 56 sq. meters containing a bedroom on the mezzanine with a hot tub and air conditioning. Space to leave the car in the house itself, heated 6x3m pool surrounded by a deck, excellent place to relax and enjoy the sunset, we have the option of breakfast, massages, tours separately.
