Divirta-se com toda a família neste lugar cheio de estilo. A casa fica em um condomínio entre as praias da Ferrugem e Silveira, a 5 min de carro, e perto do centro da cidade. A casa é novinha e recém construída. Tem uma linda vista para a lagoa e um por do sol maravilhoso. O condomínio proporciona caminhadas em meio à natureza. Em 20 min, por uma trilha descendo o morro, que sai de dentro do condomínio, você está na praia da Silveira, ideal para fazer uma caminhada. Temos portaria 24h.

Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen. Complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets, fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets, 4 beach chairs.

From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.

My space is a piece of paradise, facing the sea and within the Atlantic Forest. The Pedras Altas naturist area and the Pedras Altas Beach restaurant are 200 meters away. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
