This is what holiday dreams under thatched roofs look like: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter plot with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

You will stay on a residual farm, 6 kilometers from Dagebüll, the gateway to the islands of Föhr/Amrum. The Wadden Sea is 500 m away. Around you is a Highland breed, tomcat/cat, Estragon our show horse, Ella our mare, sheep, lambs, peace or Action! All 4 seasons have their charm. In autumn/winter, when the wind blows around your ears, there is tea punch here, in spring lambs, in summer the harvest! It's not far to Denmark. Römö can be reached in 50 minutes.

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

Unique beach summerhouse with panoramic views

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.

Just one kilometer from the Wadden Sea National Park you can experience the charm of a lovingly renovated 120-year-old Friesenhaus. Raised on an idyllic warft you have a fantastic view over the wide landscape. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and romp. Pets are welcome. Our accommodation is located directly on the dike and close to the Südwesthörn swimming area. The quiet secluded location and cul-de-sac location allows our little guests to play safely in front of our house and dike. Especially the healthy salt and iodine-containing air will help all guests with breathing problems to breathe well again.

Small, newly built, thatched house on the Bahnenswarft in Fahretoft is looking forward to guests with and without dogs. Cozy 60 m² hold a lot of comfort for you.
