Beautiful bright approx. 70 m² apartment with large terrace. Very quiet location on the edge of the field. Bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Private access to the apartment. Parking in the yard and on the street. Sandbox, swing, slide and children's vehicles await you. Fresh eggs from our own chickens, seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as honey from our own bees can be purchased.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

Bright, new 1-room apartment (non-smoking!) welcomes its guests with a lot of comfort. The main room has a sitting area, dining area, work area and a 140 cm wide bed. Parking (with 22 kW wallbox) in front of the house is easy and thanks to the ground-level access, the entire apartment is barrier-free.
