Perfect for hikers, cyclists, friends, or if you just want to get away from it all. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom and private parking in front of the door. Start your morning with coffee on the terrace, among the birds that fly back and forth all day. Here you will really relax.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Rarely have you slept so well in a factory where there is an atmosphere of the most diligent industry, which goes hand in hand with atmosphere, luxury and tranquility. Comfortable furniture, complete kitchen, large garden, separate seating areas, 3 TVs, wonderful beds, bathrooms with rain showers, bath and toilet and beautiful balcony. Cozy vacation home in the Achterhoek, rural location but still close to the village of Silvolde. On the property are several hobby animals, a trampoline, go-karts, large garden around with a HOT TUB, Finnish wood-fired barrel sauna, BBQ, patio heater, garden furniture. The house has a large play attic. There are 10 beds for adults, but there are also camping beds. The house is a real family home, so I don't rent to groups of friends under 40 years of age. We are fond of peace and quiet.

This spacious, detached vacation home in Montferland with beautiful hiking and biking routes offers the perfect mix of comfort and nature. Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house features a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via carport and left of the driveway and charging points for electric cars are available.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

When you're staying in a tree, you get caught up for a moment in the tree's life. You will feel very strongly the rhythm of the day and night in nature. You relax when you move along at this rhythm. The birds that ring in the day and the birds that ring in the night. You can see the landscape from a higher perspective. You look at the world a different way, from above.
