Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Welcome to this spacious and family-friendly house of an older character with animals and nature as neighbors. Accodommation: On the ground floor there is a big living room with cozy fireplace, bedroom with workspace, big kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with both a cot and a double bed. There is also a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Other matters: Possibility of riding lesson according to agreement 5 km - grocery store (where fishing license can be purchased) lake,swimming area 20 km to Växjö city

The house is located in a quiet village out in the countryside, surrounded by fields, meadows, forest and lake. The house is located 35 meters from the family's residential building. Large lawns with space for games and play. The proximity to nature makes this a perfect place for those who like the silence and to stay in the forest and countryside, with excursions such as bird watching and berry and mushroom picking.

Here, you can really relax and get away from the stress of the city. A home in a lovely red cottage right on Lake Årydssjön with forest and nature behind the house. Quiet and peaceful with few neighbors. Renovated in 2016 with Danish style with natural colors. Fishing boat (April 1 - October 31) and fishing license included, sauna and Jacuzzi indoors. Jetty/patio with swimming ladder where you can also enjoy a lovely lunch. Sit and grill at the wonderful campfire right on the lake with your closest friends and family on a summer evening. Welcome!

The cottage "Sjöbranten" is surrounded by trees down to a lake. There are no visible neighbors, so here you can enjoy the quiet tranquility of the forest. Private swimming bridge with rowboat, inflatable kayaks, paddle board and various swimming animals. Terrace from which the lake view can be enjoyed The house is not luxurious but spacious, cozy and incredibly beautiful. 7 beds in 3 bedrooms and 4 extra beds in unheated annex. Note: The bathroom floor has settled, which means that baths must be taken while sitting in the bathtub

Guest House Skälsnäs

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and livestock, we rent out a vacation home close to the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog per night. If there are several of you, we also rent out our “Lake House on Skälsnäs Estate” (see there), located directly on the lake, as well as our “Brygghus”, with sauna house and lake view.

Malingstorp - Cottage with lake and sauna

Welcome to our grandmother's old cottage in Tegnaby, just outside Växjö. A warm and charming Småland house with a sauna, jetty and close to the lake and nature. Here you can enjoy a quiet, rural life with an old garden full of apple trees, flowers and rhubarb, while Växjö is only ten minutes away. A place for tranquillity, family time and long days by the water. Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 100 per set. Final cleaning is not included.

Country villa with swimming pool

Relax with family and friends in our villa in the countryside. With access to your own pool (from June 1 - September 14), hot tub and sauna. The house is next to meadows and forest. Nice walks in the chanterelle forest or in the blueberry grove! If you are lucky, the elk will appear on the trail, in the meadow next to the house, the deer graze. There is the possibility to rent bed linens, and bicycles. And buy a departure cleaning if you don't clean yourself.

You can enjoy a quiet evening drink while watching the sunset, and if you like swimming or fishing, this is the perfect spot for you. Please use our Kayak, SUP to explore the 200+ islands Helgasjön offers. You are also welcome to dock you own boat on our private beach.

Unique holiday cottage(s) only 10 meters from the lake. 75 m2 living space 2000 m2 garden and 200 meters coastline. Very private and very cosy and comfortable. The property exists of two main buildings: 1. house with kitchen, fireplace and bedroom with double bed. (It is also possible to use seperate beds) 2. A modern utility building that contains shower and toilet. Use of canoe and life vests is included.
