Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

Our 3.5-room apartment is situated in a quiet location in Summaprada near Cazis, nestled between mountains and nature. The location is ideal as a base for nearby and well-known ski and hiking areas in Graubünden. We have a small children's playground in the garden, and larger playgrounds can also be reached on foot. In Thusis, there's a lovely, family-friendly outdoor forest pool. The apartment can accommodate around 6 people. The location is perfect for those looking for relaxation as well as for active holidaymakers.

A very extensively renovated knight's hall apartment grants a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. The heart of the apartment is the new fully equipped kitchen within the Knight’s Hall (78 m 2). Uniquely, The huge fireplace and the baroque stucco work come from the 18th century dominates the rear wall of the Knight’s Hall apartment. The spacious bathroom (19 m 2) and the bedroom (23 m 2) were also freshened up in 2018. In addition to the outdoor seating area, a parking space is available.

Portein is in a sunny location in the magnificent hiking area and with many attractions such as the Viamala or the alpine town of Chur.
