The 2-room apartment, furnished with love, offers a spacious studio that opens onto the garden via a sunny terrace. Floor-to-ceiling glass surfaces ensure pleasant natural lighting. When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide. To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.

Welcome to our holiday apartment with own garden. The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessed via shared stairwell. There is a living-/bed-/work- room with a queensize bed (1.4 x 2 m) and another bedroom with two beds. Bathroom with shower/bathtub and fully equipped kitchen. A farm shop and a restaurant are within walking distance. Shopping facilities, touristic sports and station can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Peace and relaxation in the countryside

Lean back and relax: In this quiet environment between fields and forest, the fox and rabbit say "Good night" to each other. Pheasants, deer, rabbits and also fireflies are often seen. The area invites you to take long walks. It is also very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours in Emsland, as the apartment is located directly on the Hasetal route network. You can go canoeing on the Hase, which is 7 km away.

Vacation home "House with lake view," Fürstenau

Beautiful bright apartment in the half-timbered house in Hollenstede. Hollenstede is a district of Fürstenau. The vacation rental is located right next to us with a separate entrance and private terrace. Fürstenau is about 3 km away. There you will find all the shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, banks, etc. Here you have a place to relax and find peace. There are also a number of excursion destinations.

UniKate – Vacation in Artland

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

Modern apartment near the Teutoburg Hunting School

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

Small room / yard Rawert, Wettringen

Our farm is in the middle of nature. This small apartment is the ideal retreat to find peace and quiet. Cycling and hiking trails are right outside the door. Lake Offlum is close by (1.3 km). The Haddorfer Lakes are also not far away (3.4 km) There are other apartments in the house that can accommodate up to 7 people. Outside, there are seats available for all guests.
