This studio apartment attached to our home offers you private living space with private entrance and a outdoor sitting deck. Amenities include a full kitchenette with stove, fridge and microwave and stocked with coffee and tea. Soak in the full bath or ask us about our wood fired sauna for the complete Mountain experience. It's the perfect spot for an App State football game, a conference or concert on campus, business trip, or a romantic weekend getaway. All your favorite downtown shops and restaurants are steps away. There are only a handful of private, short-term rentals downtown, so don't let this unique opportunity get away!

This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Light filled studio apartment in Downtown Boone, NC! 5 minute walk downhill (see pics) to King Street! Park your car and walk to area shops, art galleries, bars and restaurants; as well as ASU campus for home game viewing and tailgating. There is a uphill walk back to the apartment, see pictures and map for more info! Short drive to hiking trails and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Convenient drive to ski resorts! 5 miles to Appalachian Ski Mountain and 15 Miles to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort.

Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. This dreamy mountain cabin is a cozy 2 Br/1BA cabin nestled on a little ridge. You can enjoy the privacy for your mountain getaway but also is perfectly situated close to town. Our 760 sq ft. cabin offers WiFi, streaming TV, central AC and heat, fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking essentials, coffee provided, towels, comfortable bed and quality linens, a firepit for crisp fall nights, and a grassy yard. It's a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the mountains!

Centrally located to Blowing Rock, Banner Elk,Grandfather Mtn,Sugar Mtn, Beech Mtn & App Ski Mtn. Relax by the fire pit, or picnic table, enjoy nature and views. The Tiny Home is a unique spot that doesn't feel as close to town as it is. Peace and quiet and an escape are what we hope to provide.
