The plot borders hole 7 at Halmstad Golfarena's nice training facility, and more than 100 golf holes are within a 10-kilometer radius, including at Halmstad GK and Ringenäs GK. It is 800 meters down to a fantastic shallow sandy beach that stretches to Tylösand, and the hiking trail Prince Bertil's Trail that runs along the coast into Halmstad. Shop, pharmacy, restaurants, bus stop and playgrounds are nearby.
