In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

Located in the heart of the Fronsadais vineyard, Villa Caillou, 110 m2, fully air-conditioned, has a large living room dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen, an office area, toilet as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

If you are a surfer, you can try surfing the famous Mascaret de St-Pardon wave that passes at the foot of the house.
