The house is located on Myra in Arendal, which is 5 minutes to drive from the city center. There is a short walking distance (2-3min) to the bus stop and Arendalsuka its "bus for car" space. There are two parking spaces for a car on the property, and the possibility of parking in the street. Bed linen, towels, coffee and cleaning is included in the accommodation. Large lovely garden with outdoor kitchen, dining table and lots of seating. 7 beds in two double beds, a single bed and the possibility of 1-2 extra beds in the fourth bedroom.

The garden is cozy, undisturbed and has sun all day – perfect for relaxing or barbecue. Close by is Langsæparken with swimming area, Bomuldsfabriken konsthall and nice hiking areas. With walking distance to the city center, bus and private parking, this is an ideal place for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy the summer in Arendal.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Here it is so quiet that you can hear the fish jumping on the fjord! But still central with only 30 minutes to Evje Mineralpark, climbing park, and 45 minutes to Kristiansand Dyrepark. We have a rowboat and fishing rods available, which the tenant can take advantage of! As well as a functional outdoor kitchen on the terrace, with room for many, as well as one pool. Plenty of play opportunities for the kids! We have a dog yard that can be used (NB! Not animals inside).

Bathing water at the hiking area, as well as city beach with boat marina, outdoor saltwater pool, restaurants and nightlife just downtown. Quiet and established area. Rented to cleaners.

Bussene til Arendal sentrum, med videre muligheter i Skjærgården stopper rett nedenfor boligfeltet. Huset er et hjem, så litt leker, sykler og treningsutstyr finnes for bruk.
