The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been retained. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, with additional costs, you can relax and unwind.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Among other things, there is a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eater Giovanni Midwoud that also delivered. There is a motorboat available for a fee. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

We provide a luxurious, varied breakfast, where we use the fresh local products and natural the fresh free-range pipes of our own chickens.

Sleeping at the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Wake up to the view of the dining room of a herd of horses that live in freedom, 2 pigs who make their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. However, there is a large table to play games with each other and a lovely sofa to have a glass of wine together. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.
