Farmhouse Okkingastate

Even helemaal er tussen uit? Dat kan op onze 200 jaar oude boerderij dichtbij de Waddenkust (Unesco WereldErfgoed) en de steden Leeuwarden, Harlingen en Franeker. Het Voorhuis van de boerderij is omgebouwd tot een royaal gastenverblijf met uitzicht over de tuin, weilanden. We hebben een biologisch melkveebedrijf en werken zoveel mogelijk met de natuur mee. Kom je bij ons overnachten dan kun je het boerenleven, de Waddenkust en Friesland, helemaal in je eigen ritme, ontdekken en beleven. Welkom!

De Buizerd: a super cozy, spacious guest house in the tail of a West Frisian stolpboerderij overlooking the meadows, located close to the beach and the dunes of Bergen and Schoorl. This spacious and cozy house sleeps six adults and/or children. For example, a family with two children and grandparents (who have their bedroom and private bathroom downstairs). During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.
