Die Ferienwohnung "Oberdeck" befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Der Strand ist in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich, einem Wohn-und Essraum m. offener, vollausgestatteter Küche (kein Eisfach), sowie einem kleinen Arbeitsbereich. Sie finden das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen, kaum befahrenen Sackgasse direkt am Ortseingang von Friedrichskoog- Spitze. Auf einem etwa 330 Quadratmeter großen, ringsum eingewachsenen Grundstück.

The cozy apartment on the upper floor of the house offers a cozily furnished, sunny living room, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. From the living room you can reach the roof terrace with its own beach chair. Upon your arrival, the beds are made and bath towels are ready.

A renovated holiday home for four people awaits you. Plus a baby crib on request. In front of the house is the dike and behind the house are meadows as well as many sheep that offer you pure peace and quiet. Children are welcome here. A climbing frame with swing and trampoline is available for the children. On the terrace you can soak up the sun or light the grill. Since September 2025, we have also had an outdoor sauna, which is heated with wood.

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
