The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts which offers a beautiful view of the garden. Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

Charming single-family home for rent. Super quiet environment. Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed + pull-out bed). 1 bathroom with large shower and 1 separate toilet. Ground floor: Living room with lounge and kitchen. Garden (1000 m2). Linens and towels provided. Parking in enclosed courtyard. Supermarket within 50 m. Greenway, leisure center and restaurant 800 m away. 15 minutes from Caen, 40 minutes from the beaches, Mont Saint Michel 1 hour. All shops 10 minutes away.

Small quiet house between sea and countryside

Future guests, read the listing carefully! Small house (56m2) located in the heart of the plains of the Battle of Normandy, at the gates of Swiss Normandy, in the countryside between Caen and Falaise. Greenway nearby, 30 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from a farmers market, 200m from a charcuterie. Bourg 3 km away with all amenities. Great place to stay for 4 people. Beyond 4 people, it's more in "camping mode". Possibility of larger groups (some came at 15!).

Duplex with 1 bedroom in the heart of Caen

"Arty" is a stylish and central home located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) in the historic center of Caen, with views of the Cennais castle and rooftops. It is a duplex with exposed beams consisting of a kitchen open to the main room, a shower room. Upstairs you will find a place to read/rest a little out of the way and the room is separate and very cozy. This year 2025, the celebration of the millennium of the castle in Caen with festivities all summer.
