La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate. Small 2-room apartment totally independent of our home. 2 rooms plus an entrance, recent and very well-equipped, in the countryside, ideal for discovering inland Normandy. Located on the ground floor, covered south-facing terrace offering a beautiful outdoor space in any season. Our property is secluded, in the countryside with no other homes around. Accommodation for 2 adults (or 1 of course) but not suitable for small children. No Electric Car Recharge possible

Gîte "LES LAURIERS"

Independent accommodation located on a common property with the owners, without shared ownership, enclosed wooded land, parking, electric gate. The pool to be shared with the owners is outdoors, uncovered, it is open and heated from JUNE to mid-September (depending on weather conditions). 3 km away is the village of Monfort/Risle, various shops (bakery, supermarket). Activities: canoeing, forest hiking, tree climbing, greenway)
