Aéroport de Nice Cote d'Azur à 35 minutes. Gare de Cannes à 20 minutes. Quartier St François accessible en voiture du centre de ville de Grasse, en bus (Ligne 9 Jeanne Jugan) ou même à pieds ( 30 minutes avec dénivelés) La maison des propriétaires est encore en travaux mais ne génère aucune nuisance.

It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).
