Renovated, traditional Skagen fisherman's house from 1870 with its own garden and large orangery as well as wooden terrace and annex. The fisherman's house is 102 m2 and is located directly to the marina and overlooks Bindesbøll's beautiful fishing packages. Inside, there's classic, Danish design and everything you need. Here you are close to everything! The city's cozy pedestrian street and the many tourist attractions. There is walking distance to both Sønderstrand and the beach in Vesterby. Youth groups are not possible, nor subletting . Pets only by appointment.

The accommodation is 64m2 with bathroom, living room, bedroom with double bed of 140 cm and fully functional kitchen. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. There's WiFi in the home, and if you use the TV's Chromecast, it's possible to stream via mobile. There is access to the garden/courtyard where you can enjoy your food, which you have prepared on the gas grill. There is the option to borrow baby travel cot or air mattress for several sleeping places. For space reasons, these extra seats can only be in the living room.

Cozy townhouse with private courtyard and covered terrace. Attractive located in the heart of Sæby - in the old town - close to church, marina, as well as a lovely and safe beach. Both the marina and the beach are within a distance of 200 m. In addition, there is a short walking distance to both pedestrian street and forest (within 500 m and 1000 m respectively. The house is on two levels with 2 double bedrooms located on the first floor. In addition, there is access to a travel cot with extra thick mattress.

Old Fisherman's House from 1875 with courtyards, so there's always a spot in the sun. It's screened with a skate fence, so there's always the option to find shelter. The house is in the second row from the street, so there is no traffic noise. Simple and cozy furnishings, both for family and couples who want to enjoy the lovely Skagen. 100m to the bakery, 200m to the harbor and just 300m to the cozy pedestrian street with restaurants and shopping. Nb. There are 2 levels and therefore stairs in the house.

The houses are original and attractive, located 75 meters from the sea, harbor, heath in Vesterby There is a good atmosphere and a good environment in the house, which has been continuously renovated. At the house there is about 450 m2 of outdoor living area ( grass and terraces) with tables and both Alm. garden chairs as sun loungers and the like.
