PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Cleaning is also not included. Clean and throw garbage in the bin upon checkout. Leave the cottage cleaned and in the condition it was in when you arrived.

Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with a wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use a fully equipped kitchen in the main house where toilet, shower and washing machine are also available. The wood-fired sauna warms well and there is also a sitting tub and battery-powered shower. On the porch, you can hear the water from the pond and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for a coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Färskvatten förses under vistelsen med vattendunkar. Gasolspis med ugn samt gasolkylskåp. Badtunnan tillgänglig påsk- slutet okt. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter- end oct.

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.
