A unique offering for those who want a true farm experience! A clean, rustic above-barn space. Farm animals live below-Mr Teach the roo may crow (early!) chickens will cluck! There is a 2 burner stove, cold water sink seasonally(jugs provided in winter) a dorm fridge, and basic kitchen ware. Tea and coffee provided, veg & eggs for sale. The shower is at the main house, (either indoor or outdoor) and a bucket-style compost toilet is in the apartment. There’s a full bed and a fold out couch.

Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

You can enjoy water access to Abrams Pond for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Two kayaks are provided per cabin for your use. . Sit in the screened in porch and listen to nature or head into Acadia National Park to explore. Bike along the private road. Relax with your family for a quick getaway or week long adventure.

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
