Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. Here there are many opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside the door.

The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

The apartment (ground floor) is located in the countryside on the edge of an idyllic village in the Aller-Leine valley, on a berry fruit farm.
