Apartment is located on the outskirts of the city of Hainichen, 4 km from the city center and AS Frankenberg. Conveniently located between Chemnitz and Dresden. Perfect location for excursions. Our apartment with 78 square meters is newly renovated and fully equipped. 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds. Living room with sofa bed (suitable for permanent sleepers) ,fireplace and large TV. Kitchen with dining area and large bathroom with shower + bathtub.

Cosy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historic flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a tenant living above. I am available any time.
