Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

“La Casina de la Higuera” is a small, independent house, with a lot of charm, a beautiful porch, and parking. Between the sea and the mountains, 500 meters from La Griega beach, between Colunga and Lastres, next to the Sierra del Sueve and the Jurassic museum. A bright open design, for two people, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. With all the amenities, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher... WIFI, SmartTV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO). In the heart of the mountain range, in Beceña, is LA XICA ll, a typical Asturian mountain cottage, with breathtaking views of the Picos de Europa, undoubtedly the most alpine landscape in the country, but with the peculiarity that its location will offer a variety of contrasts difficult to locate in other latitudes. You'll love my place because of its location. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and pets.

On the first floor, there is a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the second floor, there are two very cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house has a charming garden with a barbecue and views of the Picos de Europa. From the house you can walk to do many mountain routes.

El Cuetu Cabrales

El Cuetu Cabrales is a full-rental country house. Located in Ortiguero (Cabrales), in a quiet and peaceful area. The location of the house allows you to enjoy the mountains in the incomparable Picos de Europa National Park and the nearby beaches of Llanes, even on the same day. In the area you can practice all kinds of adventure sports and do routes for itineraries of great cultural, ethnographic and natural interest.
