Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Living room with a sofa bed BZ 140, a BZ 1 pers, dining area, kitchen with L.linge dishes, oven, gas stove ref/cong., M waves, coffee maker, kettle ... a WC, a bedroom with 140 bed and wardrobe (umbrella bed on request) and its bathroom with shower and vanity cabinet ( a second cottage 4 people available)

Le Pressoir is a detached converted stone farm building with high beamed ceilings. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, shower room with a large walk in shower and an open plan kitchen/lounge area. Overlooking open countryside. Shared with the 3 gites we have 11x5 meter swimming pool secured by a locked gate and stone walls with sun beds and a shaded area, open at the end of May through to the end of September depending on the weather. Backed by the vegetated Dune that separates it from the beach, our atypical house offers a quiet place. Far from traffic, it is close to the center of La Brée and its market. It's a great place to rest or enjoy the uncrowded beach, 300 m away via a small alley. It is most often quiet but can on some days become a popular spot for surfers. The salt marshes and oyster beds are also very close, accessible on foot or by bike.
