Hiking possibilities: Try a fresh walk along the cabin roads and along the beach area. Enjoy the sea and nature. We have 4 regular deer that are used to being left alone and stay very close to people.

House by the sea in Lysøysundet, Ørland municipality

House in Lysøysundet for rent, the house is fantastically located on "Mohn". The house has three bedrooms with a double bed in each room, one bathroom, large kitchen with all facilities, large dining table, and a cozy little TV corner. There is also a pleasant attic room available. There are good opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and there is a play area for the children. It is possible to rent both bed linen and towels, for a small extra charge, just let us know. Washing is not included.

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

My cottage is located in a beautiful area ideal for spectacular hiking, skiing, fishing(there is a small (tiny) boat available), kayaking, SUP-boarding, yoga and all kinds of recreational activities. I also have a new wood fired sauna available right at the beach. Please do not hesitate to contact me for booking larger groups than 6: I have a guest house (boathouse) with room for 4 additional persons. (25 min drive) Our guests will have a large, ca. 60 square meters apartment, with a balcony and partial seaview, at their disposal. Spacious both inside and outside. Scenic and quiet area.
