The apartment is located near HBU, The Arenas, Chinatown, Galleria/Uptown, Sugarland, Meyerland, Bellaire City and numerous retail/grocery stores & restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Southwest Freeway 59/I 69 & Bellaire Blvd. The apartment is adjacent to a separate family home where also lives a lovely 85 lbs dog. Extremely friendly & welcoming. We recommend you are accustomed to dogs to have a lovely time here. The only area the dog will share with you would be the backyard.

The space is perfect for Yoga, Art class, book club meeting or a photo studio. Available by the hour 7 am thru 7 pm. $35 per hour. Maximum 10 people. The room is furnished with floor mattresses that can be easily rearranged. The kitchenette has a microwave and I can supply any other small kitchen appliances.

The apartment is located off of highway 610 and has great access to all major highways. It is ideally suited for one person but at the most 2. It comes fully equipped with a full kitchen and full bathroom. NON SMOKING. This is ideal only for one person but at the most 2 people.
