In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Welcome to our large, spacious house with proximity to grocery store, playground and city center. The forest is around the corner with very nice walking paths and cycling distance to the lake for swimming and activities. A modern villa with kitchen, living room, 6 bedrooms (1 room has a sofa bed), 1 bathroom with shower + a laundry room with shower. 1 small toilet. Glazed conservatory, 3 stoves, 1 outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free Wi-Fi included. You can easily check into the house using a code for the door that we will send.

Sjöstugan

Relax in this cozy and lakeside home in our little Sjöstuga. Enjoy the patio Facing south, it offers tables and chairs, adjustable sun loungers and a comfortable sofa corner. Borrow the swimming jetty where there is a swimming ladder. A rowing boat is available for use. Road and rail are nearby but do not disturb significantly, but it is also not completely quiet during the day. The cottage is located on a garden plot but is still separate from the main building, where two pensioners and a dog live. Welcome to this rural idyll!

Cozy guest cottage in rural idyll

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only one hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. On the farm live the farm cats Stina and Vilda, Samoyed dogs Isa and Snow, the Walliska Svartnos sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa as well as the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Sjöpärlan

Live beautifully on a farm with sheep and chickens. The farm is beautifully situated by Lake Öljaren in Österåker, Vingåker. It is 300 meters to the lake where you can both swim and fish. Walking paths and bike paths are nearby. On the lower floor of the house there is a bathroom with shower and eco-freeze toilet as well as access to a washing machine. On the upper floor there are about 40 sqm with three beds, a sofa and an equipped kitchenette. A hot plate is available.

Bring your coffee to the lake just below the house - if you're lucky you might catch a glimpse of the lake's own beaver. Wrap your day up with dinner and wine in the spacious kitchen, before you crash on the couch, slumbering to the crackling sounds of the fireplace.

The lake house at Långhalsen

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis next to Lake Långhalsen in an old 18th-century cottage that is modernly decorated on two floors. Living room with exit to the terrace, kitchen overlooking the lake, comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a total of five beds. Several patios with armchairs and sun loungers in all directions. Possibility to borrow a rowboat. You can use your own casting rod or fishing rod for lake fishing.
