Ski lift with possibility for cross country skiing and sling in Svandalen and Gullingen (45 mins. drive). New swimming facility at Sand, Suldal Bad (about 30 mins. drive). BBQ in the garden. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.
