Petit appartement cosy idéal pour un city trip. Facile d'accès depuis la gare du Midi (10-15min en transports). L'appartement est proche des quartiers branchés de Saint-Gilles à 15 min à pied de l'Union Saint-Gilloise et de Forest National et proche du centre en transports. Situé au 4eme étage, cela en fait un appartement très lumineux. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis sur le coté rue, vue dégagée sur la ville . Attention: Pas d’ascenseur dans le bâtiment.
