Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Sunny Skys Lakehouse is a modern home built on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. Our home is located only a 10 minute drive to Escanaba. Some of the features are 2 full bathrooms, beautiful teak wood walls, spacious private front yard, a sandy beach, a fire pit, washer/dryer, free wifi, and the best sunrises you have ever seen. The Ford River boat launch site is 3.4 miles. Ice fishing is just a walk out onto the lake in the winter. Snowmobiling trails are near by as well.

My motto is “Treat company like family, and family like company.” You will feel very comfortable and relaxed staying in this condo that has a homey feel to it. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, seasonings, oil, butter, bottled water, Keurig coffee maker and k-cups to start you off. Security cameras on premises and parking on the avenue or in the private large driveway in the back. Plenty of room for a boat.
