This peaceful 63 m2 accommodation located 500 m from the Garonne side canal will offer you a beautiful 35 m2 living space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc.), a bathroom with a large shower and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the pool which is shared with our house and heated from June until the end of September. Parking in the back.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house is conveniently located in between two seas on the hill of the village of Lamothe-Landerron. The unique view as well as the calm of its environment, will enhance your stay. You can admire the Garonne plain from the swimming pool overlooking the valley. In the morning, breakfast can be taken on the south side by the pool or on the north side, overlooking the vine, forest and surrounding fields.

Bright, crossing, dining room on the north side overlooking the garden and large trees, 2 bedrooms with double bed on the south side of the square. You will be on the top floor of our house but totally independent. You will have a new equipped kitchen and shower room.
