Stay in a charming stone house in the heart of Scano di Montiferro, close to the sea, natural and archaeological sites and Bosa and Oristano. The house is arranged on three levels: Living room entrance, equipped kitchen, bedroom with French bed (140 cm), large bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a second double bedroom, a bathroom, and if necessary, a second kitchen. The house is completed by a large terrace on the second and top floor

The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
