Small cozy cottage completely renovated, by the river at the entrance to Héry sur Ugine (10 min from Ugine, 25 min from Albertville). Great for a couple wanting to recharge their batteries in the mountains. Departure of hikes from the village, and close to the family ski resorts. 5min des Rafforts , and 15-20min des Evettes (Flumet), Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, and Praz-sur-Arly. Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes.
