Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

The village of Cortoghiana is completely surrounded by a pine forest. Therefore, this apartment is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday between sea, nature and historical and natural hikes.
