Spacious living room. The apartment is located with a short distance to Kleppestø which has a boat connection directly to Bergen city center. Bus stop is a short distance from the apartment. Convenience store within walking distance and nice hiking opportunities with the apartment as a starting point. Car is recommended due to the steep access road.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with polished natural stone floors. The kitchen is 22 m2, has views in three directions and direct exit to terrace no. 1. From the kitchen there is an open solution to a spacious living room of 45 m2 with glass sliding door out to terrace no. 2. I prefer that guests clean up themselves. A cleaning fee of NOK 2,000 is calculated, which is refunded if you wash out yourself.

The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
